Our street had all the utility poles replaced well over a year ago. PECO has transferred some of its lines when required due to downed lines or broken poles, but you and Comcast haven’t transferred any lines to the new poles. I’m assuming you initiated the new poles because they have Verizon tags on them, and they needed to be replaced? Can you provide a timeline for the tranfer of your lines and ask PECO and Comcast to transfer theirs? The old pols are very weak and we have a lot of trees in our neighborhood. Also, the com lines are very low in many places along the road. In front of my house, the old pole snapped in half, peco originally tied the top of the old pole to the new pole. Finally after 6 months they transferred its lines to the new pole and cut the old pole off just above your lines. What’s the point of putting in new poles if you aren’t going to use them?
