Just upgraded my galaxy watch to an 8 classic. It shows on my account it has its own plan with its own number. It has no service. I try to add a mobile network through the wearable app and it says it's already linked to a stand alone plan. I was on the phone with customer service 2 hours yesterday. They opened a tier 2 ticket but said it would take 4 days. Can they deal with it in a store? It works perfectly Bluetooth to my phone.
