To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding multiple serious issues with my Verizon account that require immediate attention.
First, I am currently unable to log into my account, despite the fact that my bill is due on February 26. This prevents me from reviewing charges, confirming payment details, or managing my services. This is unacceptable, especially with an active billing cycle.
Second, I received a fraudulent email referencing an unfamiliar account number. This account number does not belong to me and does not exist under my profile. This raises significant concerns about potential fraud, phishing, or data security issues. I expect Verizon to investigate this immediately and confirm that my account has not been compromised.
Additionally, I returned the equipment as instructed, yet I have received a bill charging me for that same equipment. This is incorrect and must be resolved promptly. I request confirmation that the returned equipment has been properly processed and that all related charges are removed.
If these issues are not resolved within 24 hours, I will escalate the matter by filing formal complaints with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), as well as my State Attorney General’s Office.
I expect written confirmation of resolution immediately.
