I try to chat with a live agent and get told that bill hasn’t been paid and service has been disconnected. That I need to make a payment before I’m able to chat with an agent. I have a child with medical needs and I’ve been disconnected. Single moms out here struggle enough and don’t need this hassle even though I spoke with an agent last Saturday service wasn’t supposed to be disconnected until February 19 and it got disconnected February 10 and when I called, they say they can’t see where I had a promise to pay for 19 February. I’m struggling to do my best and I need help please help me get it back on .
