I want to know why EVERYDAY from roughly 11am to 11pm my home internet speeds are not even close to the speeds I’m paying for. At night I have no problems everything is as fast as promised but come daytime I’m deprioritized and it hardly works. I’m paying for the highest plan because I was promised I would not be deprioritized?! Im over it this has been happening for the past several months and they keep closing my support tickets.
