I purchased $200 verizon giftcard using verizon website (https://www.verizon.com/products/gift-cards/) and I've received the physical gift card as well. Now when I'm trying to use the gift card it said "The Gift Card Number or the PIN used is invalid" on the gift cards check balance page (https://www.verizon.com/sales/nextgen/giftcardbalance.html). I have entered the card # and pin dozens of times, so I am confident I am putting the numbers in correctly. It seems that I was sent a bad card. Can someone help get this card working for me?
I have already attempted to resolve this through customer care, spending over an hour on the phone speaking with multiple representatives. Unfortunately, none were able to provide a solution, and the call was disconnected after an hour of waiting. I am looking for someone who can finally help me resolve this issue
