Not in Service - Excessive Alarms ?

I've tried troubleshooting this, but it's simply not working. Our network extender worked fine for years then, about five or six months ago, it stopped working. There's this message on the display: Not in Service - Excessive Alarms. Does Verizon still send out free ones if we ask? Where do I find a solution for this? Thanks.

Assuming you have the Samsung 4G LTE Extender 2 (SLS-BU10B). If so, Verizon decommissioned that model late last year and sent out communication to affected customers advising them to call in to get a new one sent out. The current one is the Askey LTE Network Extender (ASK-SFE116) found here: https://www.verizon.com/products/verizon-lte-network-extender/. Reach out to support to see if you qualify for a waiver (no cost order.) You should see this adjustment reflected on your purchase receipt and be able to track the shipment process.
