I am from Germany and have now been instructed by our parent company to contact Verizon US. The problem is as follows:

Our American company receives a monthly mobile phone bill for approximately $250 for form

All of our previous contacts have left the company, so we don't have any information. The amount is collected monthly.

We urgently need a copy of the bill, or better yet, a copy of the contract. It's easier for me to explain this by email. I'm at a loss. Thank you.

I would either check your American company's website and look for a "contact us" information section to try to reach someone in general there, or talk to whomever is asking you to investigate these Verizon bills as to how you can contact someone in the American part of your company directly to ask them about these bills.  If you try to contact Verizon yourself, you might end up being asked a bunch of questions about the account details, which you don't have, and then won't be able to get much assistance.
