I've been trying to reach a "live" person this morning. I clicked the callback option on the website, only to receive a message that callback is unavailable. I called in twice and asked the bot my question, was told to hold for a "moment" and was left for over 5 minutes the first time, and 15 the second time, with just dead air on the line. I called a 3rd time and asked to speak with a person, was placed on hold, then the bot informed me customer service centers are not available. None of these gave me dates/times for when customer service would be available.
Is Verizon doing away with all customer service and hoping the bots can just placate customers with half answers?
