Verizon Fios new building installations

I'm moving into a new building that is not wired for Verizon Fios and I am trying to inquire about getting it installed for the building. There's is no information about this on the Verizon website. I've tried calling and using chat an I can't get through to a person. I'm going to have to cancel my current Fios service when I move and switch to Spectrum if no one can come and install Fios

Just an FYI, I'd change your forum username since your current one is a privacy and spam risk.

As far as I know, Verizon does not have any plans to build more of their Fios infrastructure. They did acquire Frontier recently, which means that any area serviced by Frontier's internet service is now part of Verizon. However, if Fios is not available at your new address and Frontier doesn't service that address either, then your only options would be to change your Fios to Verizon's 4G/5G Home Internet service, or use a different ISP.

What type of building? Is it an apartment or condo building?

If so, you may want to talk to the management to determine if they will allow Verizon to perform the install. Some have agreements with one provider for all residences.
