i’ve been with Verizon for three years and it’s been one thing after another with these people on November 7 of 2024. I asked if I was eligible for an upgrade. And I was .
So I went ahead and ordered it. And it’s a very long story, but let’s just say I have over a dozen names of employees , an and and ot and othe and other. and other customer service reps who made appointments, but never called.

may have last year there was a caseworker name who was very kind and Verizon did 56 phone, which is very rare. He also sent me a refurbished five 1214.

So anyway, I called talk about ordering a new watch and maybe a new phone to see what my options were.

However, we spent three hours on the phone getting everything straight so that I could order a new and a new phone supposedly on Verizon. But then I out I have to trade in my 512 to do so. Bu But But th But the But the wa But the watc But the goes off without a hitch the one I have now is free and clearThen I asked about the AirPods , and when I spoke with another rep named Marie, she said that she would be able to have them split into two separate bills in April May, OK not a problem, I’ll just make sure I have budgeted the money to pay we get off the phone, but before we do, we schedule an appointment for her to call me back on the I can’t remember if it was 19th or 20th of January at 1 PM my time. Does she call no another missed appointment and the name added to my list. And the customer service individual with the initial did not call back either. Another name.
So So I So I c So I cal So I calle called yesterday and spoke to a man named and I asked him about the AirPods Max.
He told me that it was a promotional offer and it in February 1, and not required to tell his customers anything about it.
again yesterday and I spoke to another person named and I let him know what was going on and kind of a backstoryHe proceeds to ask me are you on a fixed income, and if you are, how is it that you can afford nice things? Shouldn’t you go for something less expensive? Why are my finances any of his business? He’s already made the because I don’t have as much money as others, and I have to split almost $600 into two payments I don’t get to have nice things. And I was appalled.
I was raised, you don’t ask about finances, you don’t ask who they voted for, and as heck don’t ask them how much a gift they gave you . I don’t understand why people think it’s OK to do that these days it very disrespectful and very tasteless I was just calling back because again Verizon well for all intense and purposes done wrong by me. And they have absolutely no follow through whatsoever.
So I’m very very angry, and I don’t appreciate being grilled or being forced to answer questions that are mine.
I gave nobody permission to open my book and rifle through my . That is so unbelievably disrespectful to me would never think of asking those types of questions of people I don’t know, especiallyI’m not an open book, but some pages I choose to share with very selective people. You don’t get to pry, and you don’t get to be disrespectful and ask me how I do this, how I do that, and maybe I should think about something less expensive and lower because we well well he I’m on a fixed and the day before I called and talked to a pose supervisor, which I don’t trust that as far as I it. Because the customer rep didn’t tell me everything, and didn’t call me back, all he offered me was a credit on my bill.
