I switched my home internet in March 2025 from AT&T using the free Samsung TV promotion deal. We talked to the Verizon store rep several times over the next few months-he told us everyrthing was done but tvs were taking up to six months to arrive. The tv never came. I called to check on it and was told they could not tell if any tv was ever ordered. What is the recourse here? I switched from AT&T and at the end of the day I am not paying less and my internet connectivity is sketchy and I never receieved the tv promised.
