I just had an excellent experience with a Verizon agent that we were on the phone talking and I have been through four agents and none of them could fix my problem and this one did we talked probably about two thirtyish and his name was Paul and if you need my phone number so that I can get this question answered I hung up the phone at the same time he did so did I miss the opportunity to take a survey about him?
