If I choose credit, the transaction is declined. I have been on with Verizon for over an HOUR…3 different people. Zero information but 100% frustrated. How do I get a pin number to use the prepaid debit card?
If this is one of those prepaid refill cards you can buy in a store and you do not have a prepaid Verizon account, then the card will not work for you.
it is not that. And I have a Verizon account. It is the credit card you get to pay off your phone when you move from one provider to Verizon.
And after hours on the phone and many different phone calls, I was finally able to get a hold of someone at a bank who issued a pin number. This is a terrible system, especially Verizon customers.
