I have been with Verizon for 10 or years. I work EMS and my phone is what we use to receive emergency calls. My bill isnt more than 40 days past due. They were suspended. Now, when I try to pay…you prevent me from making any payment arrangements…any over the phone payments. The app won't work when services are suspended, so I can't pay that way….and I can't even talk to a representative. You force my hand to pull out cash and travel with a large sum of money to a physical store. Im going to say this…why? Why do you restrict my abilities to pay you? Don't you want your money? Yet when you limit my abilities to communicate and pay you, it causes me to think, " You know what, Im done with Verizon. I'm leaving them". So why limit my abilities to pay? And why shut off my services if im not even 40 to 60 days over due?
