I am seeking a Verizon contact to request utility maps for utilities present in the project area that my company is working on. The project in San Carlos, California and needs a utilities map for construction and design purposes.

Before the forums were upgraded, threads like this used to get a response stating that your request was being passed on to someone at Verizon. I am "flagging" your post so one of the moderators will see it, and hopefully that way your request will be routed to the correct channel. You could try the "Contact Us" link at the top of the forum page, but I'm worried you might get an outsourced 3rd party person who wouldn't know the best way to get this information.
