I placed a business order via phone with agent on 02/05/2026 Order number ***** location code X899201… The order was cancelled same day and officially cancelled in system on 02/11/2026. I received an email regarding the cancellation as well as spoke with a rep. I spent $276.50 for sale tax on this order using my debit card. I was told the money would be back on my card 3-5 business days from that day the 11th. As of today there is refund. Every number and agent I call, I get the run around and no answers. I was even told a second order had to cancel which was not true. I get hung up on and promises of call backs that I hadn’t received. This is the worse experience ever with the worst customer service representative. What can I do? I’m trying not to do a dispute as well as reach out to BBB & CFPB..Is there a back end office? Has anyone been through this? I’ve called in over 100 times no luck
