This all started back in Dec.,First let me say I've been a Verizon customer for 12 + years,. It was then that Verizon took extra 250 dollars out using auto pay which came as a surprise and caused me to get behind on other bills. Could of gave heads up. So I call and tell them that I need to come up with a plan to lower my bill and because of divorce / wife left diagnosed with heart failure. So now I'm paying for her phone. And plan and about this same time my phn gets ran over at work so I need a phn asap. I call Verizon so now I'm paying for 3 phns 2 lines and only using 1 phn and line. Ok guy says no problem but turns out he didn't do anything I ask . So I called back last month and with Verizons great customer service I get results but I have to call back on feb 14 . So I go and make 140 dollar payment and will have my payment plan in place when I call back on 14th. . Ok so I forget to call on 14th I say no problem my bill isn't due until 27 of feb.i get disconnected yesterday it's then I look back at bank statement and realize something happened and my jan payment never went thru . Now I owe over 900 and no way to pay or no way to talk to service rep.what do I do. I can make payment arrangement with Verizon but they don't seem interested in that . Or just go to cricket and let Verizon spend their money trying to get money from me which will take years until they finally write it off .just want to be heard by a human. 12 plus years of loyalty means nothing to big Verizon I see now how foolish of me to believe loyalty still existed!!!!!!
