what’s the point of offering next day shipping when my order is just going to sit there “processing” for over a week? this is completely nonsensical. if i wanted to wait weeks i wouldn’t have ordered next day shipping. i needed a new phone asap and that was my best option. I would not have ordered if I knew how careless you guys are regarding shipping times. i’ve spoken on the phone with multiple representatives and i’m repeatedly told to continue waiting. maybe don’t offer fast delivery if it was never guaranteed. I would like to cancel my order and receive a refund.
