We have had the Disney+ subscription far longer than it was available as a perk. It shows up on my monthly bill but there is literally NO place to cancel it.
About a year ago I spent hours on the phone with a rep and they ended up 'escalating' it to their supervisor, never to be handled.
How can I cancel this?!!! I don't feel like going to the store for hours and definitely don't want to wait and speak with a CS rep who is unable to do this.
Anyone have success?
