do anyone know how to contact verizon legal team regarding refunds? I’m exhausted all options regarding a refund due to me from a business order I placed and was cancelled. I’ve contacted every department over 200 times. I even filed a complaint with BBB. No result and at this point my funds have been stolen my verizon. I contacted by phone, email as well as social media chats. Any suggestions?
