I spoke with an agent on friday, 2/20/26, in the financial department about financial assistance as I feel behind on my bill and was promised no suspension under the partial payment agreement that is active on my account. They didn't have any other assistance programs they could offer other than the promise to pay. Service was suspended anyway and I can’t reach a human due to having to pay in full. That doesn't make any sense. Why would you block me from being able to talk to someone? I need escalation.
