We went to Verizon store because our phones were not working at home. Salesperson told us we needed to get new phones. we purchased 2 new iphones. he then told us we could lower our bill and have 4 lines. we decided to take the 4 lines and put on granddaughter on my old phone. getting new phones was not the answer as it turned out there is not a good signal in our area. after research we went to Tmobile as it was a better signal. Tmobile said they would pay off our phones when we signed up. So the new phones were mine and my husbands which were purchased from Verizon but Verizon billed it as my husbands phone and my granddaughters were the new phones. when we which to tmobile my granddaughter went on her parents account at another carrier. Tmobile can not pay off my phone because Verizon has my granddaughters phone as the one that should be the new phone. long story short we can not get any one from Verizon to correct the billing so they are still billing us for paying off my phone and we can't get the credit from Tmobile. If any person on this site can help us to solve this I would be grateful. We have called, gone to the store a dozen times and no help. We ask for an Executive Superviser and received no call back. terrible customer service
