I have tried for more than an hour to reach someone via customer service chat on Verizon.com. I lost my phone. I am in Italy. I need help. I cannot sign in because of a problem with my password. Everytime I try to reach a service rep, I get a command to sign in. But I can't. Is there a way that I can get to a live person in real time at Verizon to sort out what I need? This is soooo frustrating.
