I have tried for more than an hour to reach someone via customer service chat on Verizon.com. I lost my phone. I am in Italy. I need help. I cannot sign in because of a problem with my password. Everytime I try to reach a service rep, I get a command to sign in. But I can't. Is there a way that I can get to a live person in real time at Verizon to sort out what I need? This is soooo frustrating.

Sorry to hear your phone was lost while you're out of the country. ☹️ The reason why you can't login to My Verizon is because I think the access is blocked to overseas IP addresses. What you need to do is find a landline phone and see if this toll free number for contacting International Services Support works from Italy (the .pdf file which I took this from indicates only for specific locations in Italy)

If that doesn't work because you are somewhere else in Italy, then you will have to pay for an international call from a landline phone.
