Why am I getting a chargeback fee? If I knew that I would have not upgraded from my iPhone 12 to the 17. I also upgraded my plan too.

I'm wondering if the old phone was under a contract and when you upgraded/changed the plan, it broke the contract. Or you were trying to redeem a promotion, but weren't actually eligible. Or if the promo didn't get applied. A couple of other people have mentioned that they had better success with contacting Verizon via the social media channels mentioned.
