for the last 4 mths I have been unable to activate or use on my phone or TVs without going through HBO directly. I followed every answer that I've gotten from Verizon agents to no avail HBO has been connecting me through their app for the last three or four months there's no problem with them. There's a problem with connecting through Verizon and getting so many different answers that don't solve the question I spent about 20 hours on this or more.
