Sorry to hear your phone was lost. If you have insurance, file a claim with them. Otherwise, contact Verizon via either live chat while logged into My Verizon, or look up contact info under the "Contact us" link at the top of the forum page, or look for @verizonsupport on one of Verizon's social media channels and have a Verizon rep blacklist your lost phone. Depending on what type of phone it is, I would also do a remote factory reset if at all possible.
