Hi, I'm trying to redeem the free Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE 5G that came with my internet package. I have until April to claim, so it's not an issue of expired deals. When I try to redeem, it takes me to the Samsung page with the message "Please add the tablet to cart to proceed with checkout and redemption of your offer." No matter what I do, including adding it to cart within Verizon and Samsung sites alike, I keep getting the same exact message. What am I doing wrong and why is this designed so weirdly?
