What is the “Device Payment Buyout Charge for Agreement *****” and why is it being applied to my cell service bill? It added more than $400 to my phone bill despite the fact that my device has been paid off since day one. This is ridiculous and risking my employment and safety. I need help with this now! My bill is now nearly $700 despite originally being $260 and that included fees from it being overdue and disconnected. I cannot call anyone anymore and I am having to choose between keeping my cell service or my car!
