Hello - we have a complaint filed with Verizon Escalations for billing after phone lines were ported to another carrier. We had ONE call from them (someone named "Angel"), and she said they needed to get some information from the porting dept. We set up a follow up phone call, which she cancelled via email. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone since. I call and email with no reply except for automated messages that come at random times of the night. I filed an FCC complaint almost a month ago. Still no meaningful reply. How do I talk with a real person at the Escalations dept? Is there a step or process above them? It has been months with no resolution. HELP!
