Hi, I'm guessing you just signed up with Verizon, and it's a mobile account? If your service is up and running, you need to register on My Verizon to see your account details. As for the account PIN, that was something you set up when you signed up - the Verizon representative should have asked you to enter a PIN at some point of the process. When I did it at a store, the employee handed me the tablet being used for the setup process and had me enter a PIN.
