I set up a payment agreement three days ago and yet it turned off my services today and I need my services back. I’ve been with Verizon for 8 years and never once has this happened. I’m very upset and need answers now!

Also I would like to add that I can’t get ahold of a single representative. I don’t want a digital assistance I want a actual person and the fact that I can’t get ahold of someone is absolutely ridiculous
