Verizon has underground equipment located behind my home, in àn alley. There are two large unsecured metal lids for access to the equipment. Everytime someone drives over these lids it makes this horrendous loud noise that you can hear throughtout the area. This noise occurs all day and ́night and wake the neighborhood folks up at odd hours in the night. What can be done about this immediately?
