Hello,
I set up the Verizon Home app. Once I did that, I tried to set up the parental controls within the app. When I did everything it said that I should do, it said it may take " a few hours" to finish. Well, it's been several days.
I've restarted the phone several times, including deleting and re-installing the app (while restarting, etc.).
Finally, I called Verizon. Not only was the operator completely distracted, but he was unhelpful. His solution? Delete the app and restart!
Still nothing.
Anyone have any other suggestions? I mean, at this point, I'm guess the whole parental control thing is bunk and maybe the entire app is useless?
I'd love to be wrong!
