I have, several times, tried to update the service address on my line with no resolution. I’ve tried via the Verizon Assistant chat bot multiple times; each time the bot states that the Service Address had been updated. I’ve tried several times through the My Verizon app; each time the app states that the Service Address has been updated. I’ve tried several times via the Verizon web site; each time the web states the Service Address has been updated. Am I doing something wrong? Do I need to physically go into the store and watch someone make the update to my account and have them verify the change took in the system? This is ridiculous…
