I'd like to submit a positive recognition for Tiny, who helped me link my Visible account to my new Verizon home internet account. I was on the chat facility for hours, and I was bounced back and forth between departments with no success. They were instructing the same steps that were taking us nowhere. After hours of frustration, I was about to cancel my new home internet, and Tiny was the last person I had contacted. S/he was very knowledgeable and solved my problem immediately, so that I did not need to cancel my service. I sincerely appreciate his/her help! Verizon is very lucky to have him/her. Is there a way to give him/her positive feedback, as it was not available at the time?
