I have an Apple Watch that was originally set-up on a shared number with a phone. We re-paired the watch to a a different phone to use family mode but it has not been working correctly. We tried to change to a standalone plan and it seems to work on the Verizon website but then switches back.
Appreciate any suggestions to get it to switch to stand alone.
