Currently I don't see a place to leave a review directly to Verizon. Where is it possible to do so?
I would like to warn others of what to expect when first starting their service. I will be waiting 2 weeks now to get my internet set up, I schedule an appointment a week ago to get my service started, and all they did was send me the router, when my service absolutely needs to be redone (No power connection to the ONT, all the wires very obviously cut).
I knew this when I first started the service, and assumed when I booked my appointment that they would be sending a technician to fix my ONT (Which verizon would be able to see ahead of time, when I scheduled to start the service, has no connection atm). I did not find out until I received the router, that they will not be sending anyone. so now I have to wait until I am available and a technician is available, which will not be for another week.
TLDR:
Do not plan on having this Wi-Fi setup quickly, and call in to schedule a tech to come set it up for you.
