I am frankly irrate.
I started a home Internet service with Verizon. They sent me the self installation package. My modem has no power cables, they were completely cut by the last technician. I knew ai needed a technician to come reinstall which is why I scheduled for the weekend.
They need to verify that an address has a working modem before sending a self installation package. It is not that hard to send a ping and verify connectivity.
I now have to wait an additional week and be paying for my service during that period (Weeks total now just to get wifi started). This feels unacceptable especially in today's day and age. Anyone else have this problem?
