as of yesterday I tried to transfer my post paid account to prepaid. The agents that I spoke to say that everything was done successfully. But when I log in my account has not changed and my post paid service still says that I will continue to still be on that same plan. I have paid off the phone in full as well as disconnected my watch plan. I even paid the upcoming bill for it. As well as the first months bill for the prepaid plan.
When I try to register under the prepaid plan it says that a number is already in use. I’m just confused on when the transfer will be completed.
