I'm about to cancel this horrible service, i signed up begging of January and everting was good for a month, starting first week of feb, started loosing connection 10-20 times a day, spent hours on both chat and over the phone, replaced 3 routers even though the router not the issue, spoke to multiple tech support supervisor with no help, the issue is thet they are either technically challenged or they know something about the service but not saying …ive lost patience with this issue as no one in this company can help ??? its clearly an issue with tours overloading and bouncing to differnt tours that might be overloaded as well..
