Promised no service interruption - why is my Service interrupted then??

I have a payment scheduled for Friday March 6. Why was my service interrupted - and now cannot get thru to financial services department to inquire. Was on long "chat" on Friday Feb27 and was assured and promised that everything was in order and to disregard the "service interruption" texts. And as long as the payment was made on Friday March 6, the service WOULD NOT be interrupted. Now what??

how would I "contact us" since every time I try the "chat" ends saying they cannot connect me with a representative until I get my service re-connected….similar to when I call the 800 number. Seems like a catch-22. Please re-connect my phone service and then I will "CONTACT US"

hello? Need some help here. How does one "contact" you is you have interrupted my service - I have copy of chat from Friday 2/27 at 9:51am where agent tells me I can "rest assured" that my service will not be interrupted as long as I make the March 6th payment. IT'S MARCH 2ND. How? Why?

Agent also says:

For further assurance that your services are secure, I have checked all the details on your account, and you can trust that your services are indeed protected."
