Cancelled order after payment

After spending 2 hours on the phone thinking the situation was taken care of, a payment was made. Waiting over a week for the order to be shipped, just accidentally (I was checking my account for an update) found out they cancelled the order! No notice, nothing just cancelled. Cannot get anyone on the phone for assistance, cannot get to an agent through chat. So frustrated with this process. Cannot get help but they sure can take my money.

I have notes elsewhere with a number for Verizon Internet Order Support: 866-338-7390. If that doesn't help, your best bet is to try contacting Verizon via one of their social media channels, as a few people have reported having success that way recently. While the CSRs did use to participate in these forums regularly, with recent forum changes, they are currently unable to use the forums. But that is a work in progress, so hopefully the CSRs will be back here soon. If all else fails, dispute the charge with your financial institution.

P.S. - Just an FYI, I'd suggest changing your forum username by going to your profile and then "edit profile", because your current one is a privacy and spam risk.
