My daughter is traveling internationally and Verizon app indicates she has 11 Travelpass days banked. What exactly does that mean and what does she need to do to use any days that she has?
I'm prepaid, so I don't get the free TravelPass days as a perk, but I'd have to think that if there are 11 "free" TravelPass days already in the account, then that means your daughter can turn on her phone while overseas in a country which is supported by TravelPass and as long as the phone is in roaming and connected to a network which has an agreement with Verizon, then your daughter can use her Verizon number overseas for up to eleven 24-hour sessions without being charged the usual Travel Pass rate for each 24 hour session.
You can search on verizon.com for TravelPass and quite a lot of information will come up with more details. Or, if you have any social media, you can contact Verizon via one of their social media channels as a few people have reported having success with getting issues resolved that way, or use the "Contact Us" link at the top of the forum page if you don't have social media and still have questions. The CSRs used to post in these forums, but because the forum software was recently changed, the CSRs are currently unable to use the forums. Hopefully that gets resolved soon.
