How to activate Verizon Forward program?

Hello Verizon Community,

I got approved for Verizon Forward on March 2nd, 2026.

Should I have called Verizon Forward first or called Verizon Home Internet plan to choose first ISP plans? Than after setting up and activate internet with router/modem. After that wait 24 hours to call Verizon Forward/Lifeline to add program to internet plan.

I'm new customer to Verizon home ISP.
