After canceling my service with AT&T, I switched to Verizon based on the numerous promotional offers presented to me, which included better service, comparable pricing, and the promise of having my AT&T phones paid off to facilitate my upgrade to new devices through Verizon. Regrettably, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Now the bill from AT&T old devices is pass due and my reward email has not arrived yet way past the 8week mark.
