I purchased popsockets phone grip from Verizon.com website. Recieved a different color and used item then talked to the chat the agent named Destiny. She guided me to contact the popsockets directly with ensure answers. I contacted Popsockets explained all the details but the returning answer was no. "The order number ***** is not from Popsockets.com, and we cannot replace wrong replace orders received through another retailer."
I feel like Verizon and PopSockets are tossing the issues.
I was trying to send Verizon all the pictures and proof but there was no way to contact or talk. Should I just call the service number to solve this issue?
