I am sorry, I don't think you can access an already received message on the account portal. You can send and receive new messages on the account portal, however.
I'm sorry but the functionality you are looking for does not exist in VZ Cloud. While you can store your text messages in VZ Cloud, you do not have the ability to respond to them.
