Can anyone tell me how I can get help or get to my account when I can't get any service and when I try to login it says it don't recognize my info in the system. And that is the same if I use my user ID or phone number. I need to reach help to find out why I have no service, although it shows I have 3 signal bars and 4g I can't access or do anything. Please help
