I am not a Verizon customer. 2 years ago they entered my back yard, ran a cable across back to a side gate, looped it hanging across my gate continued to neighbor yard looped across fence to their yard. Fortunately my dog has not been tangled in it nor have my grandkids.
I’ve been told by Verizon it would be buried. So 2 years seems a long time to have not done that. Help.
